We are looking for an expert CAD designer to join our fast-growing studio. You’ll be a member of our brilliant team. To be successful in this position, you should have hands-on experience using CAD software, with strong attention to detail and a creative flair. It’s also important that you have rock-solid project management skills to meet the daily demands of the role.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Required for Interior design projects
• Visit sites for measurements
• To create drawings on CAD Software that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details.
• Printing CAD drawing schematics for use by architects, construction managers, and structural and maintenance engineers.
• To satisfy the founders, employees, clients and vendors of the company with good quality work.
• Ensure that the project commitments of the company are met with utmost professionalism and high quality. To always work for establishing a good name for the company.
• Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Work Experience of 2-5 years
• Graduate from a reputable institute.
• Dedicated and focused in work
• Share portfolio
• Prior experience of having delivered built projects would be a plus

Required Skills

• AutoCAD – Architecture & Interior
• Complete knowledge of AutoCAD (all Versions), and would have worked under an architect before.
• Should have prior knowledge of residential and commercial interior design, with minimum 2 years in the industry.
• Should have plumbing, electrical, false ceiling, HVAC etc. knowledge.
• Manage or work on multiple projects simultaneously, effectively collaborating with clients and staff. Knowledge of industry, engineering, math, and materials.
• VRay/Sketchup – Architecture & Interior
• 3D Max – 3d Architecture Visualizer & Interior Visualizer & Walk-though Visualizer
